Client: CollegeClub.com + sponsors
such as AT&T Wireless and Pontiac Vibe.
Objective:
To create an online promotion centered around Spring Break that
effectively weaves in sponsors targeting the 18-24 demographic.
Solution:
Using CollegeClub.com's strong communication tools such as message
boards and online photo galleries to ensure "stickiness"
and return traffic this multi-page promotional microsite was
created. Students used the area to plan their trip and get discounts
through CollegeClub.com partners, as well as to post their Spring
Break pics. Students logged on to this dynamic, interactive
area before, during and after their trip, thus extending the
life of the promotion and the visibility of the sponsors.
My
role: I worked closely with CollegeClub.com's
Sales and Marketing teams to understand the company's objectives
and the sponsors' goals. I then worked with an interactive Flash
designer and Web developers to design and build the site.
